He also has 10 World Championship medals (8 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usain Bolt is an eight-time Olympic gold medalist and the only sprinter to win the 100m and 200m Olympic titles at three consecutive Summer Games (2008, 2012 and 2016). Bolt owns the world record in both events (9.58 and 19.19, respectively) and <a href=\"https:\/\/worldathletics.org\/athletes\/jamaica\/usain-bolt-14201847\">owns 14 World Championship medals<\/a> (11 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has 8 Olympic medals (3 gold, 4 silver, 1 bronze). Their records and awards speak for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But what Felix has done, and done consistently during her professional career, is unmatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She&#8217;s so well respected and cherished that <a href=\"https:\/\/g.co\/kgs\/NVMVdf\">Google even animated her.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the Tokyo Games last year, she surpassed Carl Lewis and became the most decorated U.S. track and field athlete in Olympic history.<\/p><div id=\"first-1466645574\" class=\"first-content_3 first-entity-placement\"><!-- \/22950135888\/FAP_Article_Leaderboard_Instream4 -->\r\n<div id='div-gpt-ad-1700414036595-0' style='min-width: 300px; min-height: 90px;'>\r\n  <script>\r\n    googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1700414036595-0'); });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s not something you accomplish in a few years. That&#8217;s a mark of consistency and excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allyson Felix is more than an individual athlete though, she&#8217;s a leader. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s evidenced by the number of relay teams she was paired on and, more recently, the roles she took on as a wife, mother, activist and businesswoman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2019, Felix challenged the almighty Nike, claiming that the company punished her and other pregnant athletes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNike sometimes, they feel like you don\u2019t have another option,\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/lifestyle\/olympic-sprinter-allyson-felix-calls-160034800.html\">said Felix in an interview with\u00a0<em>The New York Times<\/em><\/a>. \u201cSo they can get away with stuff like that because, where are you going to go? And I think that\u2019s how I was always perceived: \u2018She\u2019s never going to say anything. It was special.
