Jefferson will join Mike Breen, Doris Burke and Lisa Salters in broadcasting the Western Conference Finals and the NBA Finals this season. He will also be added to the team for the playoffs and during marquee games this year as well.

This will be Jefferson’s first time calling the NBA Finals in his career, which started at ESPN in 2019 when he became a studio analyst for NBA Today, NBA Countdown and other ESPN programs.

His knowledge, humor and on-air camera presence helped him rise to this point, where he will now be side-by-side with Hall of Famers Breen and Burke.

While he’s an experienced analyst, Jefferson adds to the roster of former NBA players who made a successful transition to TV including Reggie Miller, Shaq, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley, as well as up-and-comers Jamal Crawford and Quentin Richardson.
