Kimberly St. Julian-Varnon

Kimberly St. Julian-Varnon is a Doctoral Student in History at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research examines race and Black experiences in the Soviet Union and post-Soviet space. Her public writing analyzes the linkages of race, foreign policy, and culture in the United States, Russia, and Ukraine.
