On Tuesday morning, we were all devastated as we witnessed yet another mass shooting and murder.

This time at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

The cowardly act of domestic terrorism was committed by an 18-year-old gunman who shot and killed 18 children and 2 adult teachers.

The attack comes 10 days after a racist terrorist walked into a supermarket in Buffalo, NY, and shot and killed 10 people.

As the news circulated, everyone experienced anger and extreme sadness and heartbreak.

Across the world of sports, athletes took to Twitter to express their feelings.

Before their Game 4 matchup against the Mavericks, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr expressed his sadness over the incident and aimed his anger directly at the U.S. senate which has failed to take legislative action on gun control.

“They won’t vote on it because they want to hold on to their own power. It’s pathetic. I’ve had enough!” exclaimed a rightly infuriated and disgusted Kerr.

From leagues to teams and players, others expressed their anger and sadness as well, including professional teams in the state of Texas.
